Hypnobirthing Australia™ classes to suit all availability and preferences. All classes are comprehensive and include additional downloadable resources and MP3s.
Group Classes - $500
​
Group classes provide a wonderful opportunity to complete the Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program with other like-minded parents-to-be. Classes are fun, interactive and welcoming. Sessions are run as 2 x 6hr sessions on a Saturday or Sunday.
The course includes:

12 hours of small group classes for the birthing mother and birth partner

HypnoFolio of Resources, including course handouts, practice materials and visualisations
-
Deep relaxation/self hypnosis tracks, music and affirmations
-
eBook ‘little book of hypnobirthing’.

Practice video ‘Rehearsal for Birth’.

Private Classes - $650 in-person or $550 via zoom

Private classes are perfect for those seeking a more personal experience in the comfort of your own home. These classes are usually held as 2 x 6hr sessions or 4 x 3hr sessions, however this can be adjusted to suit your availability. This package includes:

The Hypnobubs® Hypnobirthing online course offers the ultimate flexibility if you have time and availability constraints which prevent you from accessing face-to-face sessions. This course includes:

Upgrade your Hypnobubs® online course with an additional 90min face-to-face private session. Available either online via zoom or in person. This upgrade allows for an individualised session to address specific areas eg. fear release session.

Hypnobubs® Online Course with 3hrs session - $499

The ultimate online course upgrade featuring an additional 3hrs of personalised sessions with Isabelle. This can be accessed either face-to-face or via zoom. The topics covered may include relaxation scripts, specific concerns or fear release.
